Domino Team Mailbox

A very common use of Lotus Notes is "shared mailboxes".   These are mail files where the incoming mail is read and managed by multiple people.   For example, support@companyname.com.  I often get asked questions (by customers, at live events, on forums, etc) about setting up such "shared mailboxes".   Rather than me providing some "best practices", I've decided to simply point you to an amazing (and free) template called Team Mailbox by Automated Logic.  They have not only designed an amazing shared mail file, but they have also done a fantastic job of providing documentation.  This template is something I think every single Domino customer can benefit from.   It will improve your users experience when working with a shared mail files, so please take a look.
