Toronto (Feb 8th, 2013) - With a great deal of excitement we'd like to announce the planned merger of Lepofsky LTD with Chitayat Corp. After twelve months of due diligence, Alan Lepofsky proposed the merger to Samara Chitayat, who responded with a booming "Woooooo! Wooooo!" Prior to the proposal Lepofsky spoke to the parent companies in Toronto and Montreal as well as the Board of Advisors in New York, New Jersey, DC and Atlanta with each unanimously approving the deal. The transaction is expected to close during the Fall of 2013. Both organizations look forward to producing new products that incorporate the best features from each party.
