Lotus Notes 8 makes it very easy for you to customize which options are displayed when you compose an email.    By default the interface is very simple, just showing the To:, Cc:, and Subject fields.   However, by using the Display action button, you can choose to add a field for Bcc: as well as check boxes for High importance, Return receipt, Sign, Encrypt, and Confidential.

One of the things I think is missing however is the ability to easily change your Reply-To address.  The feature is there, but it is located a few clicks away.   First select Delivery Options, then go to the Advanced tab.   Here you can enter the address you would like replies sent to.

I've customized my mail file (because I can) to better expose this feature.  This enables me to easily choose (or enter) the address I want replies sent to.   I hope the product management team will look into adding something like this to a future release.

Than again, maybe changing your reply address is something that businesses do not want users to do.
