See you in Orlando!

It's official Lotus Notes Hint and Tips will be on stage in Orlando!  This week speakers for Lotusphere 2007 were informed if their sessions were accepted or not.  I'm happy to report, I'll be presenting a live version of as many of the tips from this blog as I can squeeze into an hour.

I've had the good fortune of being part of the keynote opening general session at Lotusphere session a few times, but this is only the second time I've presented during the week, so I am very excited.   This is even more meaningful given how many sessions were submitted, and how hard the selection process was for the track managers this year.  For more information about that, read what Rocky and Ed have said on their blogs.   The pressure is on!

Earlier this year I blogged about the first live version of "Tips and Tricks" which I presented at a Lotus Premium Support Customer event.  At that time I was not sure how a live version was going to work out, so I was pleasantly surprised when the session packed the grand ballroom!  I'll be presenting at a similar event at the end of this month in Paris, where I plan on "warming up" for Orlando.

Being that Lotus (and blogging in general) is all about collaboration, I'd like to ask for your help in updating the content.  Please take a look at the first version I used at the event mentioned above.  I'd appreciate it if you could then provide me a list of which tips you find the most helpful.   Equally as important, let me know about any areas which I have not covered that you'd like to see added.  I'm thinking of keeping the format the same, beginning with general Notes tips (tables, links, pictures), then focusing on mail related areas, then on calendar, and finally explaining add-on tools like "Paste Information", Google Maps Integration, and Share Documents.   Do you agree?  I'm open to other ideas, I want this session to fun, and as interactive as possible.

Finally, I want to congratulate some of the other bloggers whom have posted about being accepted: Andrew Pollock , Ben Langhinrichs , Bill Buchan , Carl Tyler , Chris Blatnick , Jack Dausman , John Head , John Vaughn , Kathleen McGivney , Kevin Pettitt ,  Nathan Freeman , Rob Novak , Sean Burgess , Steve Castledine, and Susan Bulloch.  I'm sure I've missed a few, so please let me know and I'll update this list.

See you in Orlando.
