Vacation and Out Of Office
Here is a really nice time saving feature that I just found out about. When you create a calendar entry (Event, Meeting, Reminder, etc) and choose the category Vacation...
when you save the document Lotus Notes automatically asks you if you want to set up the Out of Office feature.
I've never really used Categories much, so I had not noticed this before.
