Be Real to People. The company is a faceless. Find me someone on the street who can name a top IBMer?  IBM does not believe in individual images.  I think that is a shame.
Clean Up Branding, It's a Mess Five software brands!  IBM Mashup Center, Lotus Mashups, and InfoSphere Mashup Hub!  Oh, I get it!
Hosted services will be the remedy many cash-strapped businesses choose Blue House is well positioned here, as long as IBM can focus on what it is for and explain it to people.  (or you could go with Socialtext instead!)
Incubation Projects Should Be Top Development Priorities Any IBMer will tell you how awesome the tools they have access to inside the company are.  From Beehive to Cattail to the dozens of plugins for Notes and Sametime, and several other internal research tools.
Launch an Application Store Years ago with Domino Utility Server first was introduced, I proposed that we launch an "application catalog" where partners could make their tools available, and customers could then get Utility Server + any 1 app for $x, Utility Server + any 2 apps for $y, etc.  Partners would make money, IBM would make money, and the customers would be exposed to a huge amount of Domino products.  The idea went nowhere.  Now look at what Apple and iPhone has done.  Hey that was my idea first! ;-)
